Draft for MMT Performance to approve before the new site goes live.

01Who you are buying from

MMT Performance Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 11594300, VAT GB 351 981 679), registered office Marlborough House, 2 Charnwood Street, Derby DE1 2GT; workshop and trading address Unit 1, 659–663 Nuthall Road, Nottingham, NG8 6AF.

02Prices and payment

Prices include VAT. Delivery is shown in the basket before you pay. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email; if a part has to be ordered in, we tell you before we take payment. How to pay: see the payment policy.

03Delivery and collection

We deliver in the UK, or you can collect from our workshop. See delivery. The part is yours, and your responsibility, once it is delivered or collected.

04Changing your mind: 14 days

If you are a consumer and buy online or by phone, you can cancel within 14 days of the day after the part is delivered, without giving a reason (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Tell us by email, then send the part back unused within 14 days of telling us. We refund the price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of getting the part back. You pay the cost of returning it unless it is faulty. Our own returns policy gives you 30 days.

05Faulty or not as described

Parts must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described (Consumer Rights Act 2015). If one is not, tell us: within 30 days of delivery you can reject it for a full refund; after that we repair or replace it, or refund you if that is not possible.

06Fitting

Parts are sold for the vehicles they are listed for. Fitting by us is a separate service under our workshop terms. Some parts are for competition or off-road use only; the product page says so.

07Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Your statutory rights are not affected.
