Returns & refunds

We hope you love what you ordered. If you are not happy with it, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of the delivery date.

01Before you send anything back

Returns and exchanges are accepted only once our team has authorised them. Email sales@mmtperformance.co.uk with your order number and the reason, and we send the return instructions back. Items sent back without telling us first cannot be accepted.

02Cancelling an order

An order cancelled within 24 hours of purchase that has not been shipped is refunded in full. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled: return it after it arrives.

03Refunds

Refunds are usually made within 5 to 15 working days of the return reaching us. If you have not received yours within 30 days, email us.

04Condition of returned parts

• Unused and not fitted
• In the original packaging, with every part and fixing
• With the order number

05Remapping and services

Remaps, dyno sessions and other work on your vehicle are services carried out with your agreement. If you are not happy with work we have done, tell us: we look at the car again. Your statutory rights are not affected.
