Remapping
Is a remap safe for my engine?
Yes. When a remap is written specifically for your car and the engine is in good health, it stays well within the limits the parts were designed for. That’s why we start with a free health check, and why all our software is developed and either road-tested or tested on our rolling road. If we find a fault, we’ll fix it first. We never tune a car until it’s healthy.
Will it affect my insurance or warranty?
Yes. Tell your insurer. A remap is a modification, and most insurers cover it once it’s declared. If your car is still under warranty, the manufacturer could refuse claims on related parts, so speak to us before booking.
Can it go back to standard?
Yes. Before we make any changes, we read and securely save the car’s original factory file. If you ever want or need to return it to standard, we can simply write the original file back on to the car.
How long does it take?
Most Stage 1 remaps are done on the same day. Dyno sessions, gearbox tuning and Stage 2 or 3 tuning take a little longer; we’ll give you a time estimate when you book.
Do you remap at shows and events?
Yes! We attend a range of car shows and events throughout the year, and you can see where we’ll be on our social media pages or our events calendar. Spaces can be limited, so please get in touch beforehand to check we can support your vehicle and book your slot.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. We offer flexible finance options, so you can spread the cost into manageable monthly payments. Just let us know when you book and we can discuss your options. Subject to status.

For tuners
Which tools do you work with?
Alientech KESS3 and K-TAG, and Autotuner: slave files are decoded and sent back ready to write. Plain OBD, bench or boot reads from any tool too.
How fast do files come back?
The file service is open 24/7. Turnaround depends on the file; you follow each one in the portal and get a message when it is ready.
How do I pay for files?
With credits in the portal, topped up by card. Each file shows its price before you send it.
I have never tuned a car. Where do I start?
With a call: tell us what you do now. Most new tuners start with a KESS3 slave from us, the training, and their first files from our file service. See Get into tuning.

Parts shop
Will this part fit my car?
Each part says which cars it fits. If you are not sure, send us your reg on WhatsApp from the part's page and we check.
Can you fit it?
Yes, at our workshop in Nottingham. Choose collection at checkout and tell us in the order note, or book the fitting.
How much is delivery?
The basket shows the delivery cost before you pay. Collection from the workshop is free.
Can I return a part?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first with your order number and we send the return instructions. The returns policy has the details.

What is Arrive & Drive?
You race one of our prepared cars. We prepare it, take it to the circuit and look after it on the day; you drive. Ask us about the current season.
Do I need a race licence?
For racing, yes. We tell you what you need and how to get it when you enquire.
Can my company sponsor the team?
Yes. Tell us about your company and we send what a partnership includes.
